Prabbite – Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Prabbite. We are committed to providing high-quality whole spices, ground spices, pickles, catering services, and food-related content. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unopened condition.
- The request must fall under one of the eligible return reasons listed below.
- Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (such as photographs of the product) may be required.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product was expired upon receipt.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used spice products.
- Opened or used pickles or other food products.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
- Returns requested for reasons other than those specifically listed as eligible.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, including before dispatch or after shipment.
5. Refund Process
If a return request is approved after inspection:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund processing generally takes 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refunds are available only for returns that satisfy this policy.
6. Catering Service
Refunds or rescheduling for catering services, if applicable, are subject to the specific agreement made with the customer at the time of booking.
